She worked extensively alongside Government of India & across Asia & Pacific. On several occasions, she worked as adviser to Members of Indian Parliament on Governance / Community Development. She has led projects of UN, OECD, ILO, DFID, IFC, UNIDO & World Bank. She is a business economist with professional qualification in International Management from IIM, Ahmedabad (India); have kept up with times by international certifications in Sustainability, Standards from ILO, Social Accountability, CBI[Netherlands] & UNEP
She was invited on Global Council of UN ESCAP Sustainability Network/ MSME Task Force; UN Sustainability Platform &
Chair CSR for Councils of National Chambers in India and also served on board of Ministry of Textiles, Textiles Council & as Jury for Management Institutes.
She is in tryst with knowledge dissemination, been invited to speak on Sustainability in Supply Chains at UNGC International Conference & CSR Works, Singapore; on Human Trafficking, Thomson Reuters UK; at KPMG Global Citizens Conference & International Sustainability Conference (UK Govt).
She achieved over 30 Program Partners; Value Creation /Supply Chain initiatives in 47 clusters comprising MSME's across India & abroad; Women Empowerment in 8 States, 1000 villages; Sustainability, Risk Mitigation over 500 factory units/over 1 lakh employees. Approximately 1150 hrs as lead trainers for capacity building. She has dealt with various sectors such as Textiles & Fashions, Management Education, Automotive, Banking & Micro Finance, Tourism, Renewable Energy.
